New Generation is the Official BASI Ski Instructor Training Centre in the Three Valleys France, the world’s largest ski area. We run 10 week Ski GAP courses in Courchevel, Meribel, La Tania and new for 2013, Verbier.

The New Generation Ski GAP course is great fun, yet hard work. Whilst attending the GAP course you are in a snowsport environment 100% of the time. The intention is for all students to be immersed in the culture and way of life of a ski instructor and to be totally focused on the outcome.

To enable students to concentrate on their skiing all students live in a fully catered chalet. We supply breakfast, a packed lunch, tea (and cake!), and an evening meal (on our gold packages)! 

A Working Ski School

New Generation is not just a training centre, we are also a working ski school so students benefit from training and working with our ski instructors. 

Working after the Course

The 10 Week GAP Course is the fast track way to obtaining your BASI Alpine Level 2 qualification. Your Level 2 will enable you teach in a wide variety of countries including North America and New Zealand. We have a wide network of students, friends and instructors all riound the World so, on qualiifcation, we can help you make the next step in your ski instructor career. On full qualification (Alpine Level 4) you can come and work in one of our 9 Ski Schools based in the top resorts in the Alps. 

Training after the course

The New Generation course isn't just for 10 weeks. As an Official Training Centre students can continue working and training with us on their road to qualification.  We run courses in France and Verbier covering Alpine Level 3 and Alpine Level 4 training.  

Open Days - Meet The Team

We run a selection of Open Days during the summer in the indoor ski centres around the UK. The Open Days provide an opportunity for students to meet our team (and other students), have a ski and ask lots and lots of questions. Contact our office to join us on an Open Day. We do not charge for our time, you only have to pay the centre for your slope time.
