JCA is a leading provider of multi-activity centres and adventure courses for school children and youth groups. We offer safe and exciting learning experiences, regardless of their skills and fitness levels in a range of fantastic and secure locations.

JCA operates 6 UK centres and offers over 60 environmental, land and water-based activities providing tailor-made, unforgettable experiences, provided by fully-qualified, enthusiastic instructors. We also place some of our staff into the First Choice Holiday Village resort in Menorca in order to run activities. Unique to JCA, each of our instructors will spend the whole duration of the children’s stay with only one group, building confidence and a trusting relationship between staff member and child. This bond is evident in the children's letters that we receive and is part of what we believe makes JCA truly stand out from our competitors.

With exciting and challenging activities such as Lazer Mazes, High Ropes and Watersports, we aim to leave young people who visit our centres with great memories and the confidence to continue trying new things in the future.

You will need to work hard and deliver the highest level of service to our customers and provide the children and their teachers with the trip of a lifetime.
